
I don't and shouldn't care that he isn't right all the time, because that is an unrealistic expectation. I disagree with a lot of his proposed "solutions" because that is not his strong suit. I like Chomsky, he has said some really important things and is a great resource for criticism of mid-century U.S. As an anarchist, I don't need to follow an ideologue to the letter, I need to learn what I can from them and know that they are just a person with some opinions that I like and some that I don't. Being an iconoclast feels like dismantling hero worship, but it is really just the other side of the same coin.
